Ingredients

  • 250g noodles (such as spaghetti or fettuccine)
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet or frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

3. Add the chicken breast pieces to the skillet and cook until they are no longer pink and are cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
